“We would not hesitate to work with Jo again”

We have worked with Jo on a few occasions but by the far the biggest project we have done with Jo has been the best!  We built our dream house in the Lake District and Jo turned it into a home!  After giving Jo the brief and floor plans, she came up with designs for every room.  She listened to what we liked, and more importantly what we didn’t like, and then put her ideas together!  What we have is a home that is exactly as we imagined and that works perfectly for us!  We would not hesitate to work with Jo again!

I was passed Jo’s name by a friend who had used her services.  I had never used an interior designer before, but was impressed by the results I saw in my friend’s house.  Cut a long story short, Jo started with the lounge and over time did the hall, landing and stairs, our master bedroom, my youngest’s bedroom, the kitchen and the summer house.  So, it is fair to say that I trusted Jo to understand my personality and style to create what I wanted and need in my home. The family are happy with the results too, so it is not just me!  I also passed her details onto my mother who then used her services. Jo is an exceptional person.  She has a warmth of character and really listens to you, so you know she really is ‘hearing’ what you need, even if you don’t realise it yet.  She has the patience of a saint, which was needed with me in the early stages, as I faffed about a bit trying to make decisions.  It is fair to say that our home is a real reflection of our essence as a family and Jo played a wonderful role it that.  I will be using her services again when the time comes to revamp!
